Otopia Rooftop is about 1.5–2 miles (around 2.5–3.2 km) southwest of Downright — roughly a 5–10 minute drive or about a 30-minute walk between the two locations. That makes it reasonably close for attending SXSW music activities, though not directly adjacent to the official festival hub.
